Grievance and Redressal Cell
Grievance and Redresser cell of our college function under the guidance of the principal and faculty coordinators with the primary objectives of the constructive interaction. Grievance redresser committee shall consider only individual grievances of specific nature of students and staff. The GRC shall not consider any grievance of general applicability or of collective nature of raised collectively by more than one student GRC shall consider redressing of grievances within a reasonable time, the cell will give report to the authority about the cases attended to and seek guidance from the higher authorities if required.
Objectives of G R C:
- To ensure effective solution to the students grievances with an impartial and fair approach
- To provide an opportunity for the students to freely express their grievance, with utmost anonymity.
- To setup a mechanism for speedy and expeditious resolution of the grievance
- To provide an appropriate counseling to the students in the process of resolving the grievance.
